Cancellation Policy - Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be a charged a 25% cancellation fee. Deposit Policy - $20 deposit is required to book and will be credited to your total the day of your appointment. NonRefundable & nontransferable deposit is to hold and confirm your appointment. Late Policy - To ensure every client receives their full, dedicated time, we enforce a 10- minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your session will be canceled and need to be rescheduled. Late Fee Policy - If you are running late and my schedule allows me to accommodate your full service, a $5 late fee will be added to your total. If my schedule does not allow an extension, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. No Call / No Show - Clients who fail to show up or cancel without notice will be charged 100% of total service cost to the card on file. After two no show occurrences, you will be permanently blocked from booking future appointments. Extra Guest - This time is for you to relax and get pampered. Weather Policy - In the event of inclement weather Allure By Allie uses Public School closures, as well as general safety of the driving/road conditions as of judgement to determine if a cancellation is needed. In event of a cancellation due to the weather, you will not be charged any fees. I will try my best to accommodate you and rescheduling your appointment to best that fits our schedules.
